I was gonna give a very terrible review but gave it a few days and things aren't as bad as i first thought when i drove away.

Well i will start off by saying i loved the 2008 Liberty i just got on 5/28/22. Really disappointed and unable to register the car due to lack of proper paperwork.
AUTO EXPO OF HUNTINGTON ZIP
Wrong lug nuts on car (lock nuts meant for metal rims on aluminum rims) and antenna installed on car needs to be held in place by a zip tie or it swings away from the car.
AUTO EXPO OF HUNTINGTON FULL
Voicemail is full and emails are pretty much ignored/ghosted after purchase.

It was a simple shift linkage, which my local garage took care of for about $200 but never received a reply to my multiple emails and attempts to call. Three weeks after purchase car would not drop into gear. Since then they have ghosted us and we are still waiting for a bill of sale/title on the 2004 Jeep Cherokee Laredo we purchased over two months ago! We called to let them know and nobody would wait to hand us the keys. Everyone should check Yelp and other auto reviews for true ratings. Problem is you ask people to review while they are purchasing to be sure you have good reviews, these are not real because the issues happen weeks after the initial sale. My daughter noted, how can we trust the repairs when there is no pride in their work and cleaning up after it. After one of my many return visits to fix issue with car, and usually each time I got it back, there were dirt and grease hand prints in car, on steering wheel, and hood. I have read all different comments in their repairs, zip ties, bolts used to cap hoses, undercoat just to cover rust and rot. NYS AG office also takes complaints, and if you have issues contact them both. Contact NYS DMV safety division to file complaints and fill out their form.

Don would rather get sued than refund on a lemon. Deposits are not refundable, read the agreement. Don would r I had so many issues and visits to their office that I heard lots of people complaining. I had so many issues and visits to their office that I heard lots of people complaining.
